Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the "MyEASL" account?
The MyEASL account is the free account required to access most of the content hosted on EASL Campus. It is the same account to log in to the easl.eu website and to access the EASL Guidelines App. If you do not have a MyEASL account, you can create one here.
How is the content restricted on EASL Campus?
Content may be restricted based on the following criteria:
- Login to your MyEASL account required
- Access is limited to delegates of an EASL Event
- Content is reserved for active EASL Members
- Some content is open access (no login required)
- The content may not be available for your user type
Why am I unable to access certain content, despite being eligible?
The most common reason is using the wrong MyEASL account. Access is granted based on your registered email address. Ensure that you log in with the same email address used for event registrations or membership.
If you still cannot access content, your account may not have the necessary permissions.
How can I check if I’m using the right account?
- Log out of EASL Campus.
- Clear your browser cache or open an incognito window.
- Log in using the email associated with your EASL membership or event registration.
If you continue to experience access issues, please contact education@easloffice.eu for further assistance.
