A 23-year-old male patient with a congenital portosystemic shunt has 3 liver nodules, each with different characteristics on MRI using hepatobiliary contrast agent: 1 with FNH-like features, 1 inflammatory-type adenoma and 1 with equivocal findings including hypo-intensity.
