A 40-year-old male patient has been previously diagnosed with PSC by MRCP and has no concomitant IBD. He has a stable ALP elevation (>1.5 ULN), normal bilirubin levels and a liver stiffness (VCTE by Fibroscan®) of 8 kPA. On his last ultrasound a small gallbladder polyp of 5 mm was detected.
