Tom Lüdde is Professor and Chair of the Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Infectious Diseases, University Hospital Duesseldorf (Germany). He was a visiting scientist at the Lineberger Cancer Centre (USA) and was appointed Professor at the University of Aachen. His main research interests are inflammation in metabolic liver disease and cancer and artificial intelligence and deep learning in gastrointestinal diseases and cancer. He is the recipient of the Ernst Jung Career Advancement Award and the Thannhauser Award from the German Association of Digestive Disease (DGVS). |

Prof. Bruno Sangro is Director of the Liver Unit and Co-Director of the HPB Oncology Area at Clínica Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain. He is also Professor of Internal Medicine and leads an active research group in the Spanish Network for Biomedical Research on Hepatic and Digestive Diseases (CIBEREHD), focused on therapeutic innovation in the field of liver cancer. He currently serves as Past President of the International Liver Cancer Association. |

Dr Greten is co-chair of the Center of Excellence in Immunology, member of the Center for Advanced Preclinical Research oversight. In 2010 he joined CCR's Medical Oncology Branch as head of the Gastrointestinal Malignancy Section and was promoted as a tenured Senior Investigator in 2015 and Deputy Branch Chief in 2018. Dr. Greten has published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers on basic tumor immunology, translational research studies in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) as well as on clinical trials in different gastrointestinal malignancies, including HCC. |
